As the firm handling the leasing of a new class-A industrial park in the Northeast Georgia submarket, I played a pivotal role in bringing to life a project that would reshape the landscape of industrial infrastructure in the I-985 corridor. I designed a brochure blending aesthetics with data-content to showcase the industrial park's features. From plane photography to animated graphics, we used high intent visuals that conveyed the scale and excitement surrounding the project. The layout highlighted key selling points, like the cost benefits of the Northeast GA inland port. Amenities and infrastructure details were strategically positioned for businesses seeking cutting-edge industrial spaces. The brochure, distributed through targeted mailings, industry events, and digital channels, became a tangible representation of our marketing efforts, enticing businesses to be part of this transformative project in Northeast Georgia.
We took features such as proximity and used animation in email campaigns to creatively show the value of each feature in a way that stood out amongst the river of emails that the CRE community gets for a property like this. Here you can see that because the site is so close to the new Northeast Georgia Inland Port, there are massive savings in both fuel and time for, which is important for logistics companies, our target user in this case
