Recognized as 2023 Young Leader of the Year at Avison Young, Keaton brings a proven ability to leverage all resources within his firm to deliver client focused results, both locally and nationally.

He specializes in analyzing demographic, political, and market data to support property positioning, market entry strategies, and investment opportunities for clients ranging from private investors to institutional firms. His marketing expertise lies in developing comprehensive marketing materials and targeted advertising strategies that maximize property exposure, enhance media quality, and accelerate speed to market throughout the asset lifecycle.

With a strong foundation in drafting letters of engagement, conducting market analysis surveys, underwriting, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and structuring letters of intent, Keaton brings the critical insights and resources needed for effective deal execution and confident decision-making.

Keaton began his real estate career at the age of 15, working alongside his father on build-to-suit retail and office construction projects throughout the greater Atlanta area. While in college, he launched a live production company that serviced over 100 events annually. He later worked as a marketing contractor for Hewlett Packard’s industrial print division before joining Avison Young during their acquisition of The Simpson Company in late 2021. Keaton is a licensed real estate professional and a graduate of the University of North Georgia’s Mike Cottrell College of Business.
